Frequently Asked Questions
I already ask patients for reviews. Why do I need Clinic Hero?
If you’ve got a system that works for you, that’s great! That being said, we’ve had dentists that previously asked for reviews in person and find Clinic Hero is a more effective and refined way to approach requesting reviews from patients.
- You’re not putting a patient on the spot in the office (no awkwardness).
- We collect feedback on top of reviews. Just asking patients for reviews doesn’t get you any feedback on how to improve at your office.
- We text the link right to your patient’s phone, so they are already in phone mode and ready to review you – not in the middle of trying to settle their account and leave the office. There’s a time and a place for everything, and a patient trying to get out the door isn’t the best time to ask for a review (we text them 45 minutes after the patient has left the office).
How do I know if I've already requested feedback from a patient? I don't want to annoy them.
Clinic Hero’s software automatically detects if you’ve requested feedback from a patient before.
The software will notify you if you try to request feedback from a patient you already messaged. It won’t allow you to complete the request, preventing you from accidentally annoying your patients.
What if I don't want to send a patient feedback request?
You’re in full control of who you request feedback from in your clinic’s dashboard. You select who you send a feedback request to, and don’t need to request feedback from any patient you don’t want to.
Can multiple people be logged in at the same time – so for example my hygienists can request feedback as well, rather than it all being left to the front desk?
Absolutely. There’s no limit to the number of people that can simulataneously be logged into your account at the same time.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Clinic Hero memberships are on a month-to-month subscription. You can end your subscription at any time, and won’t be billed further once you’ve cancelled.
